Waitlist & Inquiry Form

Our form is managed through Kindertales, the same app we use for daily updates and enrolment. It takes about five minutes. You'll be asked for:

  • Your detailsName, relationship to the child, email and phone.
  • Your child's detailsName, date of birth and your requested start date. You can add more than one child.
  • ProgramToddler (18 to 30 months) or Preschool (2.5 to 6 years).
  • LocationThe Kidsville center nearest you.

You'll receive an email confirming we've received your form. When a spot opens, we'll contact you to book a tour.
