Calling all educators!
At Kidsville, we are more than a child care center — we’re a community of dedicated educators shaping the early years with intention, warmth, and purpose.

What You’ll Do?

• Design and deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate programming aligned with How Does Learning Happen?
• Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 18 months to 6 years
• Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Maintain a safe, clean, inclusive classroom environment
• Observe and document children’s progress using digital tools (e.g., Kindertales)
• Meet Ministry and licensing requirements, and support inspections as needed
• Actively participate in professional development and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute long-term
• Positive attitude, emotional maturity, and team spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital documentation tools (we’ll train you!)
• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail

Job Requirements:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
• Updated immunizations including 2-step TB, Tetanus, MMR
• Physically able to engage with children indoors and outdoors
